Despite some tall timber and youthful pace in the roster, the Hawks struggled to match their opponents, with only two wins for the year.
Those wins came against Nangwarry, but the Hawks certainly kept some opposition teams honest.
However, big losses against Kalangadoo and Glencoe highlighted the task Kongorong has this season.
